What I love about styling is that it is the perfect way for anyone to show the world what they’re made of, what their complexities are, what layers their personalities have. My outfit for today is somewhat flowy but also textured, a bit of a balancing act. This white top is by Cameo Collective – courtesy of my favourite online store, Stimoda which makes shopping for top Australian brands so easy, right here in the comfort of my city. This online store is quick, reliable and very fashion forward. Tight waist tops are trending these days, but what’s even better is that this top has a long cut out on the side that flatters every body type. You could even pair it with a skirt or jeans depending on your mood for the day.
I stumbled upon this patterned leather jacket by Zara (similar at TOPSHOP) during my ritualistic closet cleaning. I can’t believe I haven’t worn it in so long! This jacket is such a classic fusion piece; it has all the elements of a structured blazer but also has a gorgeous ethnic pattern. I contrasted my jacket and top with ripped black jeans by Zara.
Shoes can make or break the outfit. That’s why I knew I had to invest in Valentino’s studded shoes!
