Easy Breezy – Peplum Top and Striped Pants

written by Marina June 18, 2016

Hi beautiful ladies!

In my upcoming blog posts you will be seeing a lot of Stimoda. It is a Torontonian online store that makes all these amazing Australian designer-wear accessible to us, half way across the globe. It began as a pop up store in Toronto two months ago and has now evolved into a super-efficient online store which has something for everyone, from contemporary to formal looks.

My peplum top with voluminous sleeves is a creation of Cameo Collective, an Australian brand I have been stalking on Stimoda. I love the pearl embellishments that make it more than just your ordinary top. Volume in sleeves or pants is the way to go this season and I love how most fashion forward stores are giving us multiple options to work with.

The best way to add length to your outfit is to wear vertically-striped pants, like my pair from Ann Taylor. I know its risky business wearing printed pants but trust me, you’ll be amazed! These droopy earrings from Banana Republic is another way to lengthen the look.

You guys probably know of my love for Stuart Weitzman’s shoes by now and these extremely comfortable block heels are another one of their perfect pairs. I’ve been using this Zac Posen bag incessantly all spring. Its basic black with the perfect amount of room and I get to add a touch of colour with the add-on ribbon. Leave a comment below and tell me what you’ve been in love with this season.
